Operating instructions for your model
Ask for instructions that match your watch before adjusting an unfamiliar control. Include a photograph of the dial and controls if identification is unclear. Explain what you are trying to do, such as set the time or understand a displayed feature.
A similar dial layout does not establish identical controls or functions. Use the instructions supplied for the actual model rather than a demonstration for a visually similar watch.
Dimensions and strap fit
When asking about fit, include your wrist circumference and the model you are considering. Ask about the case dimensions and strap adjustment range. If you are comparing with a watch you already own, provide its measurements rather than relying only on a photograph.
Accessories and replacement parts
For BZ, PH, TT, B1 or another accessory enquiry, include the intended watch model and the selected accessory option. Confirm the fit, required installation information and supplied contents before ordering. A colour match or similar appearance alone does not establish compatibility.
CA-AW Apple Watch case enquiries
Match both the series and the case size of your Apple Watch to one of the two CA-AW options: Series 7–9 · 45 mm or Series 10–12 · 46 mm. Select the group that matches your device on the CA-AW product page. The supplied accessory items include one screwdriver and three Apple Watch protective covers.

Ask for the guidance for your exact model before exposing it to water or using cleaning equipment or chemicals. The material of one component does not establish the water-use capability or care requirements of the assembled watch.
