Begin with the full watch code
Use the model from your order or product record. On a page with several models, include the selected option rather than only the shared page title. For example, a CM015 inquiry should identify CM015-008, CM015-010 or the other complete model you own. A photograph helps resolve the difference between a page containing several options and the watch actually in your hands.
Show the part you want to add or replace
Include a clear image of the whole watch and another image of the attachment or component area. If you are replacing a part, show the original part separately where possible. Explain whether the request is for a replacement, a different colour or another purpose. That lets the accessory option be checked against the actual watch and the job you need it to do.
