Support for your choice
CronusArt products and accessories carry a 10-year warranty. For support, email hi@cronusart.com with your model, order number and a description of the issue. The warranty covers faults or damage not caused by the user, and CronusArt covers the repair cost for a covered issue. Accidental damage is assessed separately and quoted according to the actual condition of the product. For an accidental-damage repair, the customer pays shipping to CronusArt and return shipping.
